1. Definitions
1.1. Administration means the authorized representatives of TECHNOPARK managing the Space.
1.2. Printing Services Bonus means the amount on the Resident’s balance available for payment for printing services.
1.3. Agreement/Tariff means the terms and conditions for receiving services, including lease of premises.
1.4. Coworker means a Resident who receives a workspace in the openspace area.
1.5. Openspace means a shared-use work area.
1.6. Conference Room means a room for meetings/trainings (format for 4–20 persons).
1.7. Event Zones means “GO,” “Flutter Amphitheater,” “Meta Hall,” “Foyer,” as well as other TECHNOPARK event areas.
1.8. Resident means an individual or legal entity receiving services under the Agreement/Tariff.
1.9. Visitor means a person admitted upon invitation of the Resident/Coworker/Organizer.
1.10. Organizer means a Resident renting Event Zones.
1.11. System means the electronic system for access, payments, and service records (including bookings).
1.12. Personal Account means the Resident’s account in the System.
1.13. Access Card (Card) means an access card for turnstile entry; guests are issued a GUEST card free of charge for 2 hours.
1.14. Lockers means storage lockers (paid service), with a key issued.
1.15. Cleaning means the service provider responsible for cleaning.
1.16. Space means the TECHNOPARK premises on 2 floors, including common-use areas and rentable areas.
1.17. Phone Booths means rooms on floors 1–2 intended for calls/meetings.
1.18. TECHNOPARK Network / Landlord’s Network means the wired and wireless network, Wi-Fi access points, switching and other network equipment, authorization services, Internet access channels, and other IT infrastructure provided by TECHNOPARK within the Space.
1.19. IT Infrastructure means the set of network, server, telecommunications, and other technical equipment, as well as related services, used to ensure the functioning of the Space.
1.20. Resident’s Users means employees, contractors, representatives, guests, visitors, and other persons to whom the Resident directly or indirectly provides access to the Space, the TECHNOPARK Network, or the IT Infrastructure.
1.21. AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) means the rules for the use of the TECHNOPARK Network and IT Infrastructure, which are binding on the Resident and the Resident’s Users.
1.22. Technical Logging means the collection, recording, storage, and processing of technical data on connections, network events, connection parameters, and information security events for the purposes of network operation, security, and incident investigation.
1.23. Information Security Incident means any event that has led or may lead to a breach of the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of the network, services, equipment, data, or the normal functioning of TECHNOPARK’s IT Infrastructure.
(Other terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the text of these Rules and contractual documents.)
2. Description of the Space Areas
2.1. Main areas: service offices, openspace, common area, conference rooms, Flutter Amphitheater (up to 150), Meta Hall (up to 450), terrace, coffee shop, kitchens, sleep capsules, showers, gaming area, library, lounge area, phone booths.
2.2. Conference rooms: 4–20 persons (other venues are subject to tariffs and Event Zone regulations).
3. General Provisions
3.1. These Rules are mandatory throughout the entire Space.
3.2. The Administration may introduce additional rules for specific areas.
3.3. The common area, conference rooms, openspace, and service offices are accessible to Residents 24/7 (other schedules may be established by the Administration).
3.4. Access is granted after registration at reception and issuance of a Card; an identity document with a personal number is required. For employees of service offices, confirmation from the Tenant must be sent to

3.5. It is prohibited to transfer, duplicate, damage, or lose Cards. Upon termination of services, the Card must be returned. Upon dismissal/transfer of an employee, the Card must be returned within 1 day. The Tenant is responsible for the actions of its employees.
3.6. The Administration may restrict access or change the operating hours of areas when necessary.
3.7. Premises may only be used for their intended purpose.
3.8. TECHNOPARK ensures operation and utility services but is not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
3.9. Special conditions are not provided unless expressly agreed in the Agreement.
3.10. Moving furniture/equipment without approval is prohibited; works are performed upon request by TECHNOPARK specialists.
3.11. Food is allowed only in designated areas (kitchen/catering).
3.12. Bringing in/taking out small equipment shall be done through reception.
3.13. Bringing in/taking out large equipment/materials shall be done from 20:00 to 08:00 upon approval, from the east side of the building, under an individually agreed procedure.
3.14. Use of the TECHNOPARK Network and IT Infrastructure by the Resident and its Users is permitted only subject to compliance with these Rules, the Agreement, supplementary agreements, and appendices thereto, including the network use rules and the technical logging notice.
3.15. Connection to the TECHNOPARK Network and use of Internet access, network ports, Wi-Fi, authorization credentials, and other TECHNOPARK IT resources shall mean the Resident’s acceptance of the applicable network use rules and the obligation to ensure compliance therewith by its Users.
3.16. Violation of the rules for use of the network and IT Infrastructure shall be deemed a violation of the Space Rules and the Agreement.
3.17. TECHNOPARK may segment the network, determine access procedures, assign specific connection parameters, and restrict access to certain services, ports, protocols, and other network resources for the purposes of security and stable operation of the infrastructure.
3.18. TECHNOPARK may maintain technical records of connections and information security events to the extent necessary for network operation, infrastructure protection, incident investigation, handling of provider or third-party requests, and compliance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. Resident and Guest Registration System
4.1. All Residents and Guests shall be registered in the System.
4.2. Representatives of the Resident (employees, etc.) act on behalf of the Resident: they may book/pay for/receive services; all such services shall be deemed received by and payable by the Resident.
4.3. The Personal Account displays the status of service usage.
4.4. Payment shall be made by bank card and other methods provided by TECHNOPARK.
4.5. The Tariff/Agreement may provide for Bonuses (printing/rental); Bonuses are valid during the term of the Agreement, are non-transferable, and non-refundable.
4.6. In case of early termination of services, unused funds (except Bonuses) may be refunded upon written request in accordance with the refund rules.
5. Provision of Services
5.1. Services include: openspace workstations, service offices, event zones, conference rooms, filming locations, lockers, printing, and others.
5.2. Services are provided after payment, unless otherwise established by the Agreement.
5.3. The list/cost/description of services is available on
www.techpark.kg and in the System.
5.4. Payment shall be made in advance unless otherwise provided by the Agreement.
5.5. TECHNOPARK is not liable for losses caused by technical failures of Wi-Fi/printing.
5.6. Only items within the size limits of the rented locker may be stored in lockers; storage of hazardous/flammable substances, food/perishables, wet items, etc. is prohibited.
6. Access of the Resident’s Visitors to the Space (including children)
6.1. Residents may invite Visitors.
6.2. A Visitor shall present an identity document and register to receive a GUEST Card.
6.3. For openspace Residents: up to 2 Visitors in common areas for 2 hours. Beyond this limit — KGS 1,200 per person (or rental of a zone according to headcount).
6.4. For service offices: up to 4 Visitors in common areas for 2 hours. Beyond this limit — KGS 1,200 per person (or rental of a zone).
6.5. TECHNOPARK may deny access if the capacity of the booked zone/room is exceeded.
6.6. The Resident is responsible for Visitors; unauthorized presence shall be charged at double rate (KGS 2,000 per person).
6.7. The Administration may deny access to persons showing signs of illness.
6.8. Children are allowed only when accompanied by parents/legal representatives, who bear full responsibility. Children are prohibited from running, making noise, interfering with work, or using equipment independently. In case of interference or violations, the Administration may require them to leave the Space without compensation; any damage shall be reimbursed in full.
7. Card Use Regulations
7.1. Turnstile rule: 1 card = 1 person. Opening by control button is permitted only by a reception employee in accordance with instructions.
7.2. The Resident is recorded in the database (ID, full name, phone, email). For the purposes of security of the Space and TECHNOPARK’s IT Infrastructure, TECHNOPARK may also record details of persons appointed by the Resident as responsible for network use and access to services.
7.3. Entry procedure: wait until the previous person has completed passage, approach the terminal, authenticate, wait for the green signal, then pass through.
7.4. Any access-related issues shall be addressed to the Administration.
7.5. In case of emergency (fire alarm), the access control system shall unlock for evacuation.
7.6. The following are prohibited: crawling/jumping over, climbing barriers, tailgating, using force, letting others in with one’s own card. In case of malfunction, the Administration must be contacted.
8. Administration Rights (TECHNOPARK)
8.1. To use the Resident’s trademarks/logos/name in informational materials free of charge.
8.2. To establish rules and instructions for use of the Space upon agreement.
8.3. To conduct video surveillance within the Space (except service offices) and take security measures.
8.4. To suspend operation of the building/parts thereof in case of emergency threat.
8.5. To deny access to/remove violators.
8.6. To deny access to persons showing signs of illness.
8.7. To maintain technical logging of connections, connection parameters, network events, and information security events for the purposes of network operation, prevention and investigation of incidents, and protection of the infrastructure and other residents.
8.8. Where there are signs of violation of network use rules, information security threats, network overload, connection of unauthorized equipment, or other actions creating risk for TECHNOPARK and third parties, to apply proportionate technical measures, including:
restriction or suspension of access to the TECHNOPARK Network;
blocking of individual devices, accounts, sessions, or connection points;
restriction of speed, traffic, services, ports, and protocols;
requirement to disconnect, replace, or remove from operation any equipment creating a threat.
8.9. In the event of an immediate threat to the network, services, or other residents, to apply restrictive measures immediately with subsequent notice to the Resident.
8.10. To require the Resident to provide information necessary to identify the user, device, or source of an incident, to the extent permitted by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
8.11. To provide technical data and other information to authorized state authorities, communication providers, and other persons only in the cases and in the manner provided by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Agreement, and TECHNOPARK’s internal security procedures.
8.12. To require compliance with rules on segmentation, connection, placement, and operation of equipment in service offices, conference rooms, event zones, and other parts of the Space.
9. Resident Obligations
9.1. Not to interfere in the affairs of other Residents or create conflicts.
9.2. Not to undermine the reputation of TECHNOPARK and other Residents.
9.3. Not to damage property/premises and to maintain order and safety.
9.4. To observe politeness and etiquette; not to shout; not to use obscene language; not to be under the influence of alcohol or substances.
9.5. To comply with sanitary and fire safety standards and equipment operation rules.
9.6. To immediately report accidents/breakdowns and assist in remedying them.
9.7. To notify changes in details/status within 5 business days.
9.8. Not to create adverse impacts (noise/odor/vibration, etc.).
9.9. To hand over found items to reception.
9.10. Upon termination of the Agreement, to return all Cards.
9.11. Strong odors (food/perfume/substances) causing discomfort are prohibited.
9.12. To respect the working time and personal boundaries of other Residents and not interfere with the work process.
9.13. To comply with the rules for use of the TECHNOPARK Network and IT Infrastructure and ensure compliance therewith by its employees, contractors, visitors, guests, and other Resident’s Users.
9.14. To appoint a person responsible for network use and, upon TECHNOPARK’s request, provide such person’s full name, position, phone number, and email address, and promptly notify of any changes to such information.
9.15. Not to allow the TECHNOPARK Network and IT Infrastructure to be used for purposes contrary to the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, these Rules, the Agreement, and information security requirements.
9.16. To maintain internal records of persons to whom the Resident grants access to its premises, equipment, services, and network, and to ensure a controlled access procedure for guests and contractors.
9.17. To ensure basic information security measures on connected devices, including up-to-date updates, reasonable protection of credentials, prevention of malicious activity, and exclusion of unauthorized network solutions.
9.18. To immediately notify the Administration of any signs of device or credential compromise, unauthorized access, network incident, malicious activity, or other circumstances capable of affecting the security of TECHNOPARK’s IT Infrastructure.
9.19. Upon the Administration’s request, to provide information necessary to identify the responsible user, device, access period, or other circumstances of an incident, within the limits of the law and within the timeframes specified in the Agreement or supplementary agreement.
9.20. To bear responsibility for the actions of all Resident’s Users using the Space, network, equipment, credentials, connection ports, or other TECHNOPARK resources by the will of or through the Resident.
10. Prohibited Conduct in the Space
10.1. The following are prohibited: smoking (including electronic devices) and use of nasvai, except in designated areas; violation entails a penalty and measures up to termination of the Agreement.
10.2. Alcohol and being intoxicated are prohibited.
10.3. Throwing cigarette butts/matches/lighters or other flammable waste is prohibited.
10.4. Weapons, ammunition, explosive/hazardous/radioactive materials, combustible mixtures, and chemicals are prohibited.
10.5. Meetings/rallies for political, religious, or other propaganda are prohibited.
10.6. Activities prohibited by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic are prohibited.
10.7. The Administration may prohibit events in the Common Area.
10.8. Creating obstacles/barriers is prohibited.
10.9. Anti-advertising and calls for boycott are prohibited.
10.10. Without prior written approval from the Administration, it is prohibited to:
install, connect, or use own Wi-Fi access points, routers, repeaters, switches, NAT devices, VPN gateways, proxy servers, and other network equipment;
connect equipment creating interference, instability, or threat to the network;
change network connection configurations, use unauthorized communication channels, use bypass connection schemes, or interfere with the operation of TECHNOPARK’s IT Infrastructure.
10.11. Demanding protection measures against competition is prohibited.
10.12. Animals are allowed only subject to compliance with the requirements of the regulations of the city of Bishkek.
10.13. Without the Administration’s written approval, the following are prohibited: fundraising/lotteries; advertising/marketing; use of TECHNOPARK symbols; signs/plates; vending machines; electrical appliances exceeding network capacity; photo/video recording for commercial purposes.
10.14. It is prohibited to use the TECHNOPARK Network for unauthorized access to third-party systems, websites, servers, databases, or other resources.
10.15. DoS/DDoS attacks, credential stuffing or password guessing, network scanning, exploitation of vulnerabilities, attempts to bypass access restrictions, interference with network services, and other actions creating information security threats are prohibited.
10.16. Distribution of malicious software, phishing, bulk messaging, spam, botnet activity, and other actions capable of causing harm to TECHNOPARK, the provider, residents, or third parties are prohibited.
10.17. It is prohibited to use the TECHNOPARK Network to run publicly accessible external services without the Administration’s written approval, including servers, proxies, VPN gateways, mail servers, hosting, gaming servers, and other similar solutions.
10.18. Interference with network cabinets, cable lines, access points, cameras, access control systems, switching equipment, sockets, PoE lines, and other elements of TECHNOPARK’s engineering and IT Infrastructure is prohibited.
10.19. Creating excessive load on the network and communication channels is prohibited, including cryptocurrency mining, bulk automated mailings, uncontrolled uploads/downloads, and other resource-intensive operations disrupting infrastructure stability.
10.20. It is prohibited to use the TECHNOPARK Network and infrastructure for activities prohibited by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as for actions that may result in provider complaints, IP blocking, blacklisting, or claims from state authorities or third parties.
11. Conference Rooms (4–20): Booking and Cancellation
11.1. Booking shall be made through the System; Bonuses may be used where provided by the Tariff/Agreement.
11.2. Under tariffs, 100% prepayment is required (MBank to Technopark account / transfer / POS at reception).
11.3. Cancellation for conference rooms 4–20:
— more than 24 hours in advance: no penalty;
— less than 24 hours: 50% penalty;
— less than 2 hours: 100% penalty.
12. Procedure for Use of the Space 12.1. KitchenIt is prohibited to leave dirty dishes/food, contaminate equipment/surfaces (penalty KGS 1,000). Taking other people’s food/dishes and storing expired products are prohibited. On Sundays, the Administration disposes of unlabeled/spoiled/obstructive food items. Strong odors, disassembly/moving/self-repair of equipment, and unsanitary conditions are prohibited; damage to equipment shall be reimbursed.
12.2. Openspace (workstations)The service period is fixed in the System; daily/monthly periods last until 23:59 Bishkek time in accordance with tariff rules. The following are prohibited: paper advertising/branding without approval; large/visually disruptive items on desks; noise, loud conversations, audio without headphones; mini-meetings/trainings/filming in the openspace without approval; sleeping and use of furniture other than for its intended purpose (except relaxation zones/capsules).
The Resident must maintain silence/cleanliness and reimburse damage. Repeated disturbance of silence during the day entails a penalty of KGS 1,000; systematic violations may lead to access restrictions/termination of the Agreement. Personal belongings may not be left at unassigned workstations; the Administration may move them to reception (storage up to 30 days). Refund upon cancellation shall be made upon application at reception, less 10% transaction costs.
12.3. Conference Rooms (4–20)Booking via Spacebring or reception; hourly payment applies. No-show payments are non-refundable. Fireworks/confetti/poppers and other explosive devices are prohibited. Upon expiry of the booked time, the room must be vacated; delays entail liability for damage/losses; extension is possible by implied consent if no request to vacate is made. Cleanliness and noise limits must be observed; food/drinks are allowed only if cleanliness is maintained. The Administration may terminate use early without compensation in case of violations.
12.4. Event Zones (“GO,” “Flutter Amphitheater,” “Meta Hall,” “Foyer,” Terrace)Advance booking is required; minimum 1 hour; hourly payment, tariffs available on the website. No-show is non-refundable. Fireworks/confetti/poppers are prohibited. Information about the event (purpose/topic/schedule/number of participants) must be provided 24 hours in advance. Access for TECHNOPARK representatives to monitor compliance with the Rules is mandatory. Smoking is allowed only in the designated area on the Terrace.
12.5. Booking/Cancellation/Payment for Event Zones and CateringPrepayment for zones is 50% (booking is confirmed only after payment).
Cancellation of zones:
— no later than 3 business days in advance: no penalty;
— less than 2 business days: 50% penalty;
— less than 1 business day: 100% penalty.
Catering requires 100% prepayment; cancellation is subject to the same deadlines/penalties (3/2/1 business day).
12.6. Common AreaThe following are prohibited: barriers/blocking passages/exits; advertising without approval; loud conversations/audio without permission; sleeping and prolonged storage of belongings; damage to/moving furniture; photo/video of other persons and their workstations without consent (except where permitted by TECHNOPARK); musical instruments/loud audio without approval; aggression/insults/harassment and other breaches of public order. The Resident is responsible for Visitors. The Resident must comply not only with physical and fire safety rules, but also with information and technical security requirements when using TECHNOPARK’s network, equipment, and digital services. In case of signs of hacking, malicious activity, credential compromise, data leakage, or unauthorized connection, the Resident must immediately notify the Administration.
12.7. Service OfficesPreservation of property is the Resident’s responsibility; the number of employees must correspond to the number of workstations (unless otherwise agreed). Within 3 business days after signing the Agreement, a list of employees and copies of documents for registration and card issuance must be provided. Changes to design/signage/materials on glass/walls are subject to approval only. TECHNOPARK performs office cleaning independently, with access at any time. Access for public authorities/authorized persons shall be ensured. Commercial activity of third parties is allowed only upon approval. Connection of any additional network equipment, servers, routers, Wi-Fi devices, repeaters, network storage, video surveillance systems, remote access systems, and other IT solutions in service offices is permitted only upon TECHNOPARK’s prior written approval.
The Resident must ensure that equipment used in the service office does not create threats to the network, communication outages, overloads, short circuits, interference, or other risks to the building’s common infrastructure and other residents.
If any equipment creating a threat is identified, TECHNOPARK may require its immediate disconnection, dismantling, replacement, or may restrict network access until the violation is remedied.
12.8. Lounge AreaQuiet rest only; no noise; audio only with headphones; phones on silent mode.
12.9. LibrarySilence must be observed; devices on silent mode; books are TECHNOPARK property; books must be returned to shelves the same day; taking books out is prohibited.
12.10. Restrooms and ShowersTECHNOPARK is not responsible for belongings left behind. Showers are for hygiene only. Washing feet in sinks is prohibited (penalty KGS 2,000). Smoking/nasvai is prohibited (penalty KGS 2,000, possible termination). Storing belongings in shower lockers is prohibited; items left behind are disposed of the same day.
12.11. Phone BoothsAccess is free of charge. Booking via Spacebring. Usage limit is up to 1 hour per day per resident unless otherwise agreed. The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping/IQOS/nasvai (penalty KGS 2,000; repeated violation may lead to sanctions up to termination), food/drinks, sleeping and use other than intended, blocking without booking/after time expiry, moving furniture/connecting devices without approval. After use, the booth must be left clean, without trash or personal belongings; damage must be reported to the Administration; damage shall be reimbursed.
12.12. Gaming AreaAccess is free of charge (including PS5). Careful use is required; damage is prohibited. PS5 is provided through reception after booking in the system. Limit is 60 minutes per day. The Administration may restrict access in case of violations or where necessary.
12.13. CleaningCleaning of common areas/openspace/event zones/rooms/offices is performed by the cleaning service provider. Residents must maintain cleanliness; in case of contamination/damage caused by the tenant, costs (cleaning/dry cleaning/repair/replacement) shall be reimbursed. It is prohibited to store trash/boxes/bulky items outside designated places; waste must be disposed of only in containers; clogging plumbing is prohibited. In case of systematic violations, TECHNOPARK may issue invoices for additional cleaning and/or restrict access to areas.
12.14. Sleep CapsulesFor short-term rest only, from 1 to 4 hours, 1 person. Silence must be observed; smoking/eating/drinking is prohibited; personal belongings must not be left behind; TECHNOPARK is not responsible for their safekeeping. Violations entail a penalty of KGS 2,000 and/or prohibition on use.
12.15. Waste RemovalWaste removal is performed by the cleaning service provider; bulky waste shall be handled by the Resident in accordance with Clause 3.13.
12.16. SafetyFire safety rules must be observed. At the end of the day, electrical appliances/lights must be switched off and doors closed. In case of signs of break-in/theft, the Administration must be notified immediately for calling the authorized authorities.
13. Penalties
13.1. Loss/damage of Card — KGS 500.
13.2. Loss/damage of locker key — KGS 500.
13.3. Damage to furniture/equipment — book value × 1.2.
13.4. Smoking in a prohibited place — KGS 2,000.
13.5. Alcohol in a prohibited place/intoxication — KGS 2,000.
13.6. KGS 1,000 for: disturbing silence; phone calls/mini-meetings in the openspace; trainings/filming in the openspace; trash/dirty dishes; violations of rules regarding children; placing items at workstations that violate appearance standards; turnstile violations (crawling/jumping/climbing/tailgating/forced opening/letting others through by card).
13.7. Damage to a turnstile caused by the Resident — repair cost + KGS 5,000 penalty.
13.8. For material violations of the rules for use of the network and IT Infrastructure, the measures provided in the Agreement and supplementary agreement shall apply, including penalties, access restriction, reimbursement of costs and damages, and, in case of gross or repeated violations, unilateral termination of the Agreement.
14. Liability
14.1. In case of damage or violation of law/Rules, the Resident shall reimburse losses to state authorities, the Administration, and third parties.
14.2. The Resident shall hold TECHNOPARK harmless from claims/demands related to the Resident’s activities; if TECHNOPARK makes any payment, reimbursement shall be made within 10 business days.
14.3. The Resident is responsible for its employees, counterparties, contractors, and Visitors.
14.4. A penalty of KGS 2,000 applies for each violation unless another amount is established; reimbursement of damages shall apply additionally.
14.5. Loss/damage/non-return of Card — KGS 500 for each card.
14.6. Failure to return cards upon termination of the Agreement (Clause 9.10) — KGS 5,000.
14.7. Damage to premises — KGS 5,000 penalty + reimbursement of damages in excess of the penalty.
14.8. Violations are confirmed by cameras/records/complaints; penalties shall be paid within 5 business days from the date of signing of the report/demand.
14.9. TECHNOPARK is not liable for damage caused by third parties/accidents/loss of profit or for the Resident’s property, except for items in lockers.
14.10. TECHNOPARK may deny access to and/or require violators to leave the Space.
14.11. The Resident shall be liable for the actions of the Resident’s Users committed using the TECHNOPARK Network, credentials, connection ports, equipment, or other resources provided to the Resident, as for its own actions.
14.12. If provider claims, third-party claims, demands from authorized authorities, IP blocking, blacklisting, losses, service restoration costs, incident investigation costs, fees of specialists, lawyers, experts, or other TECHNOPARK expenses arise as a result of actions or omissions of the Resident or the Resident’s Users, the Resident shall reimburse TECHNOPARK for documented losses and expenses.
14.13. TECHNOPARK shall not be liable for the safekeeping, confidentiality, or integrity of data transmitted or processed by the Resident through the TECHNOPARK Network, nor for indirect losses, lost profits, or other consequences arising in connection with network use, except where expressly required by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
14.14. TECHNOPARK shall not be liable for the Resident’s losses caused by lawful restriction, blocking, or suspension of access to the network or individual services where such measures were applied for the purpose of protecting the common infrastructure, other residents, the provider, or in connection with investigation of an incident.
14.15. Gross, material, or repeated violations of the rules for use of the network and IT Infrastructure shall constitute grounds for restriction of network access, application of penalties, recovery of damages, and unilateral termination of the Agreement in the cases provided by the Agreement, supplementary agreement, and the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
15. Final Provisions
15.1. These Rules apply to all Residents and Visitors.
15.2. TECHNOPARK may amend these Rules unilaterally.
15.3. The current version is posted in the System and on the official TECHNOPARK website.
15.4. With respect to use of the network and IT Infrastructure, these Rules shall apply together with the lease agreement, supplementary agreements, network use rules, and the technical logging notice. In case of inconsistency, the provisions of the Agreement and appendices signed by the parties shall prevail.
15.5. The current version of the Rules, including the network use rules and other mandatory TECHNOPARK documents, shall be posted on the official website and/or in the System.
