Offer of LLC "Technopark KG" for the collection, processing and storage of personal data

Offer of LLC "Technopark KG" for the Collection, Processing and Storage of Personal DataHereby, Limited Liability Company “Technopark KG” (hereinafter – the “Company”), in accordance with Part 2 of Article 398 of the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, addresses this Offer on the collection, processing and storage of personal data (hereinafter – the “Offer”) to all legally capable individuals who meet the requirements of the Company.
The main concepts and terms used in this Offer:

Company – LLC “Technopark KG”, the holder (owner) of the personal data set;
Client – an individual, subject of personal data;
Personal data – information stored in any format, relating to a specific or identifiable individual (subject of personal data), which by itself or in combination with other information available to the Company, allows the identification of the Client’s identity;
Consent of the subject of personal data – a free, specific, unconditional, and informed expression of will of an individual, whereby the subject declares his/her consent to the procedures related to the processing of his/her personal data;
Subject of personal data (subject) – an individual to whom the respective personal data relates;
Processing of personal data – any operation or set of operations performed regardless of the method, by the holder (owner) of personal data or on its behalf, by automated means or without such means, for the purposes of collecting, recording, storing, updating, grouping, blocking, erasing, and destroying personal data.

By accepting this Offer, the Client gives his/her unconditional consent to the Company for the collection and processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Information” for the purposes of receiving the Company’s services and fulfilling the requirements of the applicable legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The consent extends to the following Client information:

surname, first name, patronymic;
year, month, date, and place of birth;
address, phone number;
any other information (hereinafter – personal data), available to or known by the Company at any given moment during the provision of services to the Client.

For the purpose of receiving services, the Client grants consent for the Company to process and obtain information about the Client, including his/her personal data, from all lawful sources, including under the conditions specified in Annex 1 to this Offer.
Processing and storage of the Client’s personal data are carried out by the Company using the following methods (but not limited to them): collection, storage, recording on electronic media and their storage, compiling lists, labeling in the Company’s information systems and paper documents. Processing of personal data may also be carried out in information systems using automation tools or without the use of such tools. The processing of the Client’s personal data is carried out without time limitation.
